JANE HART
Jane Hart (previously known as Jane Knight) is a Social Media and Learning advisor. She has a long track record of helping business and education understand how new technologies can be used for learning as well as to improve job and business performance and implement them successfully in their organizations. After working for 14 years as a lecturer in a university, where she was an early evangelist for online learning, in 1997 Jane set up her learning consultancy practice. Since that time she has worked with many organizations - businesses (large and small) and education - on numerous projects. She is a well-respected consultant due to her broad and deep experience in all aspects of learning. She currently focuses n helping organisations introduce social media into their learning and performance support initiatives. For more see Social Learning Consultancy. Jane set up the e-Learning Centre website in 1997 and sold it in 2006. In 2007 she established the Centre for Learning & Performance Technologies (C4LPT) - now one of the world's most-visited and most popular learning sites on the Web. (See the website Reviews) Jane is also the author of a number of blogs including the very popular Jane's E-Learning Pick of the Day, where she posts a daily item of e-learning interest.
