Comments from those who selected Keynote as one
of their Top 10 Tools in 2009
-
I use Keynote for
presentations. I think it works very intuitive, and the
results look more professional than PowerPoint. When
necessary I’ll convert the presentations to PowerPoint
or straight to SlideShare. I used to convert them ready
for iPod of iPhone, but I stopped doing that. Students
didn’t use them.

- Oooh-la-la! Stunning graphics, transitions and
exports to clickable movie files, what more could you
ask for in presentation software? I post my completed
shows on Slideshare, but
the live presentations take full advantage of this
polished presentation powerhouse.

- "Apple's presentation software was designed with the
right concept in mind: that presentation software is
meant to synthesize content, not create it. The ease
with which one can combine graphics, PDF's, video,
audio, spreadsheets, and other kinds of content in
Keynote is astounding. And it looks great, too."

Comments from those who selected Keynote as one

- "Previously I used OpenOffice but after switching from Linux to Mac OS
X it became apparent that there is no match for
Keynote if you want to create incredible visual
journeys rather than endless boring lists of
bullet-points. My audience loves it"
Teemu Arina
- "Apple's presentation software is far
more flexible and media-friendly than PowerPoint. I do
almost everything in Keynote in my job as a professor."

- "Great
for presentations
but also creates
interactive Flash
files. An overlooked
elearning
development tool for
the Mac"
