Comments from those who selected Pageflakes as one of their Top 10 Tools in 2008

  • "Es mi página de inicio, me sirve de lector de feeds (mucho mejor que el de Netvibes) y para muchas otras cosas. La Teacher Edition es espectacular, y gracias a la posibilidad de crear Pagecasts (grupos cerrados de trabajo) se ha convertido en un espacio flexible y de gran utilidad  [It is my start page, it serves to me as reader of feeds (far better that the one of Netvibes) and for many other things. The Teacher Edition is spectacular, and thanks to the possibility of creating Pagecasts (closed groups of work) have become a flexible space and very useful]"  Emilio Quintana
  • "I like to use Pageflakes in combination with Bloglines for a different view of what might be of interest to me."  John Schaffer
  • "my newspaper on the world, finding updated information via RSS"  Nicola Avery
  • "The best home/start page out there. Very flexible, more innovative than the competition, easy to share pages."  Phil Bradley
  • "group collaboration"  Eric Daimler
  • "I keep my todo list right there at the top, so everytime I'm in danger of drifting off into browse mode I'm reminded of what I must finish. This is how I organise my RSS feeds and keep up to date."  Andrew Middleton
  • "Great tool for visually aggregating RSS feeds. I use it to keep track of training blogosphere. " Karl Kapp
  • "good tool to visualize the RSS feeds in one page"  Florence Meichel
  • "I use Pageflakes as a class portal (task lists, homework, communication with parents, etc) and for myself.  For my personal pageflakes site, I've set it up so I can view different delicious tags.  Makes it very easy." Kris Stanhope

Comments from those who selected Pageflakes as one of their Top 10 Tools in 2007

  • "Great tool for visually aggregating RSS feeds. I use it to keep track of training blogosphere. The tool recently under went some design changes for the worse but I am hopeful they will revise the interface shortly making it easier to set up and use."  Karl Kapp
  • "I like the ease by which a Web page can be created by dropping flakes or widgets on the page. There are thousands of flakes available that make it easy for anyone to aggregate content, including RSS feeds, for many practical applications. I have been encouraging teachers to create activities for their students that use tools like Pageflakes to create dynamic and collaborative learning experiences."  Gerry Paille
