Both the iPod Touch and the iPhone use the same multi-touch interface (shown in the picture to the left); you control everything with your fingers. You can connect to the Internet anywhere there is a Wi-Fi connection, and additionally, of course, the iPhone has mobile phone capabilities as well as a camera. The accelerometer detects when you rotate the iPod Touch from portrait to landscape and automatically changes the contents of the display. You can synchronise not only your music from iTunes but also your mail accounts, contacts, bookmarks and so on. The iPhone got most of the press attention, but the iPod Touch is a great little device that adds so much more to the iPod that it (together with the iPhone) is now a perfect m-learning devices.
