Free resources

The Learning Tools Compendium contains the Learning Tools Directory 2010 (a completely updated version of the Directory that was begun in 2006) which lists over 2,000 tools useful for both formal and informal learning, as well as the Top Tools for Learning 2009 and the 25 Tools resources.

In the Connexions Directory you can find an A-Z list of over 1,300 learning professionals online, and how to connect with them - via their blogs or on Twitter.

The Social Learning Handbook is the place to find out more about social media and its use for different types of learning. 

140 Learning is a new section of the website that looks at how to use Twitter and Facebook for learning.  It also introduces our two services where you can discover and share daily knowledge nuggets and interesting links in less than 140 characters via Twitter or Facebook: 140  University - to build and extend your general knowledge and education and 140 Learning Centre to support your personal productivity and performance in the workplace.

Consultancy

We have been working with businesses and education for over 25 years helping them understand how new technologies can be used for learning as well as to improve job and business performance.
