  1. iGoogle - great for bringing together all those little web tools you can't live without and also a smile with garfield
  2. Firefox - because of its extensions and how it works with number 3) Diigo.
  3. Diigo - never a big fan of Delicious I really like this tool.
  4. GoogleCalendar - for sharing information across different institutions etc
  5. Google Reader - great for keeping on top of all those useful blogs
  6. Google Docs - useful for sharing documents in projects across different institutions, and great for minutes/ agendas.
  7. Blogger - well I want one too!
  8. eXe - brilliant
  9. CourseLab - a bit harder to use but a bit more wizzy bangy than eXe or PowerPoint
  10. Pageflakes for bringing together different bits onto one theme page

  1. KinetiCast - fantastic new way to get your message out there and track interest level; it is very intuitive
  2. Excel - numbers don't lie and Excel helps them tell their story
  3. Google Search - the lads at Google seem to keep a step ahead of the SEO firms that are always trying to game search engines
  4. LinkedIn - on of the few social networking sites that has proven to be beneficial from a business perspective
  5. Remember the Milk - this is a great little company that has some very useful API's
  6. Google Alerts - this doesn't always catch everything but it is still very useful
  7. Jott - I love their iphone app
  8. Digg - this is great for the lazy internet surfer
  9. Camtasia Studio - this is a nice tool to capture screen movements
  10. Google Maps - it keeps getting better, Street View was a nice addition

  2. Google Docs - online collaboration with others...and for free!
  3. Adium - an all in one messenger program from Mac OSX
  4. Skype - the only missing piece of the Adium puzzle. Great for video conferencing around the world.
  5. Google Earth - taking maps one step further and really immersing the user in the entire experience.
  6. Carbon Copy Cloner - never worry about system backups ever again.
  7. Twhirl - twitter client manager
  8. Flickr Uploadr - takes the stress out of a massive photo upload
  9. AppFresh - keeps all the programs on mac OSX running shiny and new
  10. Garage Band - what better way to waste a few minutes with a creative tool?
