  1. Firefox

  2. del.icio.us

  3. Zotero

  4. Google Docs & Spreadsheets - free, online, GSheets are so much easier to use than XLS!

  5. MediaWiki - simple, free, easy

  6. WordPress - best of breed blogger app

  7. Skype - my IM client and VoIP all in one

  8. Google Desktop - because searching the desktop is the way forward

  9. PowerPoint -  I do not use XLS or DOC, out of principle <- and only use PPT because it plugs into Articulate

  10. Articulate - a quantum leap for lecturers in their ability to deliver multimedia lessons
