Michael's Top 10 Tools as at 7 August 2007

  1. pcvisit - Easy to use remote-session-software. Irreplaceable for my communication.

  2. OnDemand Personal Navigator - Of course: The ODPN! There is no better way to create an it-documentation

  3. ViFlow - Comfortable tool to create a business process documentation of your company. It’s db-based.

  4. MindManager - Whenever I need an overview of a complex issue, I create a mindmap using the MindManager. Unfortunately MindManager it’s getting more and more complex, but it’s still one of my favourite tools.

  5. WordPress - A very easy to use blogging platform. Contains a wonderful spam-killer.

  6. MediaWiki - The engine behind wikipedia and one of the best, if you want to implement your own wiki.

  7. PowerPoint - Not a hype tool, but still very important to me.

  8. Google Reader - The easy way to handle my blog-subscriptions.

  9. SalesForce - CRM at it’s best: No installation, easy customizing, it just works.

  10. Dogpile -  If I want to see more than just Google, I use dogpile.
