tool that is free and easy to download and use to record
students.
Blogger - a free tool that
allows for endless opportunities for students (and teachers
alike) to express themselves and interact with a
cyber-audience.
Wikispaces
- a free online tool
available which can be used by groups to collaborate on
projects.
PhotoStory -
a free Microsoft tool which makes slide presentations more
animated and is easy to use. Just download it from the
Microsoft site.
YouTube /
TeacherTube– a free video resource with loads of
possibilities for use in the K-12 classroom.
Yahoo Groups
/
Google Groups– a free service where
groups of people who share common interests can
interface.
Skype - a free internet
telephone company allowing participants to connect (computer
to computer).
PhotoBucket -
a free online
image hosting service. But great for storing videos
(including PowerPointPresentations and PhotoStories) to upload
on blogs and website.
ProProfs

a free resource
where teachers can easily create online quizzes for students
to practice with 24/7.

really cool free
“toys” to help keep students motivated.
